Ingo Concept Store is a trading name of Ithemba Marketing.
By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We may refuse or cancel orders where necessary (for example, suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors).
Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) unless stated otherwise. Product availability can change without notice. If an item is unavailable after purchase, we will contact you to resolve the order.
Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details. Your order is confirmed once payment is successful and acknowledged.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier or operational constraints. Where tracking is provided, you can use it to follow shipment progress.
