How long does delivery take?

Delivery is available across South Africa and usually takes 3 to 15 working days after payment confirmation, depending on the delivery area and order type.

How is delivery pricing calculated?

Delivery is calculated automatically at cart and checkout based on the delivery area, delivery type, and the weight and dimensions of your order.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive email and SMS confirmation with shipping details and a tracking number.

Can I return an item?

Yes. Items may be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided they are returned in the same condition and are not damaged.

What if the wrong item or quantity is delivered?
