Returns & refunds
This page reflects the current return and refund guidance used by Ithemba Marketing Solutions.
Ingco Concept Store is a trading name of Ithemba Marketing.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned within 7 calendar days of purchase.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received and must not be damaged.
Returned items are inspected after receipt. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. For card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect.
If the product is damaged, or if the return is initiated after the allowed period, the return may not qualify for a refund.
