Delivery is available across South Africa.

Delivery timing

Delivery normally takes between 3 and 15 working days after payment confirmation, depending on the delivery area, courier conditions and order type.

Delivery cost

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the delivery area, delivery type and the weight and dimensions of the order.

Order confirmation and tracking

After an order is placed, customers receive confirmation by email and SMS. Once the order has shipped, tracking details are shared where available.

Delivery issue reporting

If the wrong quantity or wrong item is delivered, contact customer care as soon as possible so collection and replacement can be arranged.
